By using LogYourWork ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

LogYourWork is a web application that allows you to log daily work accomplishments, track projects and time, and prepare for performance reviews. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

2. Account and access

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use LogYourWork. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create within LogYourWork, including work log entries, project names, and descriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to you within the application.

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your work logs are private and are not shared with other users or third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

5. Service availability

We strive to keep LogYourWork available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security and privacy of your data seriously.

7. Termination

You may stop using LogYourWork at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If your account is terminated, all associated data will be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

LogYourWork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service (currently $0).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LogYourWork after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
